John has the knowledge and skill for what he is doing. He gave objective opinions during our first meet for selling my house. I agreed with his suggestions and did my jobs (hard work) based on what he suggested. My house got pending on the first day and had two backup offers. During the whole procedure, I was already settled out of state. Some minor repairs was requested from the buyer because of inspection or insurance required but taken care of by buyer himself. Everything went smoothly enough except on the day before closing when the buyer's agent mentioned the lawn wasn't like the first seen.
